After a little over 4 years of operation selling Sealver 525 Waveboats, we have decided to not purchase any more inventory from Sealver. We have disagreed with many of their business practices over the years, but their actions (or inactions) during the past year and a half have convinced us to part ways. As a result, we will not be importing any additional watercraft from them.
This does not mean we can’t or won’t assist with all 525’s already sold. We are required by US federal law (enforced by the Coast Guard) to remain available and responsive to claims and queries for several years after sales end. It does mean, however, that when our current inventory is gone, that will be the end of the availability of the Waveboat here in the United States.
We have 2 new 525’s here, at present, and our trusty demo boat remaining in inventory. If you want a Waveboat, you’d better make a move quickly. When they’re gone, they’ll be gone for good.
Thanks to all for their interest, support, and of course, purchases, of the Waveboat over the years. We’d love to continue operations with Sealver, but they have proven that will be impossible. Who knows what the next chapter will hold for us? We’ve had a few pots on the back burners for a while.
